Welcome to Jersey Swaps, the world’s first social media app dedicated to facilitating jersey exchanges among sports enthusiasts. By accessing or using our website and mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Jersey Swaps, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to certain programs and features. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Text Message Communications

2.1. We use text messaging to communicate with you about your service. Normal messaging rates apply, and the frequency of messages may vary. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

2.2. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

2.3. Opt-out of Text Message Communications: You may opt-out of text messaging at any time by replying to any message with "STOP" or by contacting us at media.jerseyswaps@gmail.com. This will end communications from that particular phone number. You may continue to receive service-related and other non-marketing text messages from other phone numbers managed by Jersey Swaps, and you may opt out of those in a similar fashion.

3. Opt-out of Marketing Communications

3.1. You may opt-out of marketing-related emails by following the opt-out or unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of the email, or by contacting us at media.jerseyswaps@gmail.com. You may continue to receive service-related and other non-marketing emails.

4.1. We do not sell your personal information. However, we may share your information with:

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Jersey Swaps. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use our services with the consent of a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account.

You retain ownership of the content you create and share on Jersey Swaps. However, by posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the operation of our services.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

1. Prohibited Activities

You must not use Jersey Swaps for any commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

You must not attempt to interfere with the operation of our website or app, including hacking, sending viruses, or any other malicious activity.

You must not use automated systems, such as bots, to access Jersey Swaps.

1. Jersey Exchanges

Jersey Swaps facilitates the exchange of jerseys between users. However, we do not guarantee the quality, authenticity, or delivery of jerseys. Transactions are conducted at your own risk.

You agree to handle exchanges with honesty and integrity. Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate account termination.

1. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any content associated with it.

Jersey Swaps is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties or representations regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of our services.

We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from your use of Jersey Swaps, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

1. Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you for any damages arising out of your use of Jersey Swaps is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months (if any).

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not allowed, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
